The Gunners' 10-game victorious streak came to an end by Sunderland prior to the international break, however will the Premier League leaders bounce back against local foes Tottenham this Sunday?
"{I believe like Arsenal are light years ahead of Tottenham currently but Spurs boss Thomas Frank will have a plan for this match," remarked football expert Chris Sutton.
"The Spurs manager will try to nullify Arsenal, who have not always been at their sparkling finest this season - but Mikel Arteta's team usually still manage to win."
The analyst is making predictions for all 380 Premier League fixtures this term, against artificial intelligence, readers and a range of guests.
For the twelfth round, he faces singer Olly Murs, who is a Manchester United supporter.
The singer's new record, Knees Up, is out on Friday.
Olly is a skilled footballer as well as a accomplished artist and has been a star of multiple charity football games down the years - but he is not planning a serious comeback as a footballer.
"{I actually played in a charity game the other evening for a friend of mine," he explained. "My team was trailing 3-1 when I was substituted in the 60th minute, and they went on to win 4-3, so you can interpret that what you want!
"I continue to love football, but I injured my knee a few years ago and it still hasn't fully recovered. I wish I could play more but the uncertainty of the game means it's too dangerous for me in my profession to do it seriously again.
"Additionally I am 41 now, and we are not all Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very happy not playing football and I am preparing for the time that my daughter or boy chooses to play instead."
Murs and his wife his partner have two children, their daughter and Albert, and he is ready to follow in his father's footsteps by becoming their manager.
"I won't force football on our kids but I've already told my wife that if they happen to get the passion for it then I will have to go and get my coaching badges - and I will probably be coaching their weekend soccer side," he said.
"I watched my relatives play a lot, and I really got into it, and I clearly was involved with a football club for a while too.
"My dad did it with us when I was a child, which is likely where I inherited it. He managed our team for two or three seasons and had great fun with it. That might be the future for me as well, and I am looking forward to it!"
The Blues may have to be patient for their star's return from fitness issues but their offense is now stronger with Joao Pedro and Delap both back fit.
In my opinion this game will be quite close, though. The Clarets are disciplined and their only home losses so far have been against Liverpool and Arsenal.
It smells of a 1-1 draw to me, but I am actually going to go with Chelsea to win narrowly for what would be their third Premier League win in a row.
Sutton's prediction: 1-2
Olly's prediction: The Blues will be too strong. 1-3
AI's outlook: 0-2
Bournemouth have lost their past two matches - although both of them were on the road - but they got absolutely spanked by Villa last time out which shocked me.
On the other hand, West Ham secured back-to-back victories before the international break and, although both of those games were at their stadium, they do look competitive again.
The Hammers' only away win this campaign came at Nottingham Forest in August, when their manager Nuno Espirito Santo was still Forest coach.
Therefore, what on earth do I predict here - will it be West Ham continuing their streak under Nuno, or the home side responding?
I am going to choose the Cherries, because I believe what occurred against Aston Villa was a anomaly.
The pundit's prediction: 2-0
Olly's outlook: The home team are performing strongly but the visitors have picked up under their boss. 2-2
AI's prediction: 1-1
Brentford were considered one of the favourites for the drop before the campaign began, but they have surprised a few people under Keith Andrews and are in fine fettle with three in their past four games.
My son advised me to select Bees forward Igor Thiago in my fantasy soccer squad a few weeks ago and, unfortunately, I ignored the advice.
Thiago will probably find the net again on the weekend but I am still not going to select him or back the away side at Amex Stadium.
They have not had great fortune on the travel this season, and the Seagulls are consistently strong at their stadium. The visitors will attempt to attack on the break but I think the home manager's team pose much more of a threat.
Sutton's forecast: 2-1
The singer's view: This could be one of those games where you expect there is going to be a many goals but it in reality turns out to be rather close. 1-1
The computer's outcome: 2-1
It is a massive fixture for Fulham, who have suffered defeat in five of their past six games.
They have got lots of quality in their team but it still feels like they could be dragged into a drop zone fight.
Regarding the Black Cats, indeed they are the unexpected success of the top flight campaign so far.
Their display in the two-all draw with the Gunners last time out was superb. We've not witnessed anyone else disrupt the North London side like that this term, and Sunderland were more than a match for them.
The sensible thing would be to back the Black Cats here, because they are obviously able of disrupting Fulham up too and, the last time they were in west London, they beat Chelsea at the end of October.
But I am not do that. Rather, I truly need to carry on going against the away team with my forecasts. I am taking a lot of credit for their good results because they evidently love to defy my predictions.
Looking at Fulham's home record, the sole side they have lost to is the league leaders. Marco Silva's team will be extremely eager for a good result, so I am going to predict they will pick up three points.
The expert's prediction: 1-0
Olly's prediction: I'm aware Sunderland are doing well and also that Fulham are on a bad streak... but they have nonetheless been respectable at home this season. 2-0
AI's prediction: 2-0
This is a tough fixture to predict. The Reds have suffered seven of their last ten games in every tournament, but could they be among the sides who profit from the {international break|
